The questions we hear on every first call

Why retainer-first instead of project pricing?

Real growth compounds — it doesn't ship on a Tuesday. Most of what we do takes 90+ days to show its value. Retainers keep our incentives aligned with yours: when your numbers move, we stay; when they don't, we have skin in the game to fix it.

What does the discovery sprint actually buy me?

A two-week paid engagement where we audit, interview, and pressure-test your current state, then deliver a written plan and a tight scope of what we'd do first. You own the document — if you decide not to continue with us, you walk away with something useful. If you continue, the $5k applies to your first month.

Do you take equity or revenue share?

Selectively, on the Embedded tier. We've structured equity-blended retainers and revenue-share arrangements with founders we believed in. We'd rather have that conversation in person than on a pricing page.

What's the minimum commitment?

Foundation: 3 months. Growth: 6 months. Embedded: 12 months. After the minimum, you're free to leave on 30 days' notice — we'd rather lose a client than lock one in.

Can you break out of these tiers?

Yes. About a quarter of our engagements don't fit a tier neatly — usually because the work is concentrated in one quarter, or because there's a clear capital event we're working toward. Tell us the shape of the problem and we'll write a scope that fits.
