Scope of these terms
These terms govern your use of digitalvalence.com.ng. They do not govern any client engagement with Digital Valence — those are covered by a separate Master Services Agreement and statement of work signed by both parties.
Use of the site
You may browse, link to, and quote reasonable excerpts of this site for non-commercial purposes. Republishing substantial portions, scraping for AI training, or framing the site within another commercial property requires written permission.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, everything on this site — copy, design, code, logos, case study content — is the property of Digital Valence or its clients. Client logos and case studies are published with the relevant client's permission.
Accuracy
We do our best to keep this site accurate and up-to-date, but we make no guarantees. Pricing ranges, service descriptions, and case study figures are illustrative — actual engagements are scoped individually and reflected in your contract.
Third-party links and tools
This site links to and embeds third-party tools (e.g. Calendly for booking, Stripe for invoicing during active engagements). Your use of those tools is subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policy.
Liability
Digital Valence provides this site "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site itself. Engagement-related liability is governed by your signed agreement, not by these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Digital Valence is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
