Sales Infrastructure
Funnels, sequences, scripts and pipelines built around how your customers actually buy.
We map the real path from first touch to closed deal — then fix the leaks. CRM hygiene, automated sequences, scoring models, sales enablement assets. By the end, your sales team spends less time on admin and more time closing.
This engagement is a fit if…
- Your CRM has more abandoned fields than used ones.
- You can't reliably say where a deal is in the funnel without asking the rep.
- Reps are doing their real pipeline work outside the system.
- Leads go cold because nobody is sure whose job it is to follow up.
Your CRM is a graveyard. Leads come in, someone maybe replies, most of them go cold. The sales team is doing heroics in a spreadsheet on the side because the system slows them down. Forecasting is a guess. Every quarter someone proposes a rebuild, and every quarter it gets deferred.
A rhythm, not a slide deck.
- 01
Map the real funnel
We sit with your SDRs and AEs for a week and watch how deals actually move. The funnel on the whiteboard and the funnel in the data are almost never the same thing. We document the real one.
- 02
Rebuild the CRM around it
Clean object model, only the fields that get used, stages that match your real sell motion, lead-routing that doesn't drop the ball. We work in HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or Attio — whichever you're on.
- 03
Automate the boring parts
Outbound sequences, inbound nurture, handoff from marketing to sales, deal-stage reminders, renewal flags. The rep's job becomes 'have the conversation' — not 'remember to follow up.'
- 04
Enable the team
Sales playbook, objection-handling library, call recordings with the good bits tagged. New hires should be productive in weeks, not quarters.
Deliverables, not promises.
- CRM audit & rebuild (HubSpot / Pipedrive / Salesforce / Attio)
- Funnel documentation and stage definitions
- Outbound + inbound email sequences
- Lead scoring & routing automation
- Sales playbook & enablement library
- Reporting dashboards the leadership team will actually open
What it looks like in practice.
The ones that come up every time.
Which CRM do you recommend?
The one you'll actually use. We don't have a partner agenda. For small teams starting out, Pipedrive or Attio. For scaling B2B, HubSpot. For complex enterprise, Salesforce — but only when the complexity is real, not aspirational.
Will this disrupt the sales team's day-to-day?
We stage the rollout so reps are never blocked. The rebuild happens in parallel, training happens in small blocks, and cutover is on a specific date we pick together. Two-week soft-launch, then full adoption.
Can you run the sales team for us?
No. We build the system and hand it off. If you need interim sales leadership, we can refer you to operators we trust — but executing the sell motion itself isn't our lane.
Think this is the right fit?
Send a note. We'll reply within a business day with an honest take on whether we're the right partner — and if we're not, who might be.
