Noura had grown to a healthy seven-figure run rate on word-of-mouth and a single hero product, but the brand was stuck. The website read like a Shopify template, the wholesale conversation was being led by their inbox, and the founder was still personally involved in every deal over $5k. Listened first
Twelve customer interviews and four wholesale-buyer conversations. We learned that buyers weren't choosing Noura for the design — they were choosing it for the story behind the materials. That insight reframed everything.
Repositioned the brand
We rewrote the positioning, voice, and messaging stack around 'considered objects for slow homes' — language the founder had been using on calls but had never made it onto the site. New visual identity followed: warmer, quieter, less Instagram-saturated.
Rebuilt the site in 7 weeks
A custom Shopify build with editorial-style product pages, a wholesale portal, and a content hub for the founder's essays on materials and provenance. Conversion-tested copy throughout.
Stood up the sales infrastructure
HubSpot rebuild, lead scoring tied to wholesale spend, automated nurture sequences for both DTC and wholesale, and a quarterly executive readout the founder could actually act on.
