How is this different from a fractional CMO service?
Most fractional CMO services sell one person for a fixed number of hours. We're a team — a principal leads the engagement but pulls in specialists (media, brand, content, analytics) when the conversation needs them. You get breadth without hiring four people.
Do you execute the work, or just advise?
Both. Advisory is the core of the engagement, but when the team is missing a capability we'll staff it with our specialists. No subcontracting, no mystery margins — transparent line items.
How long does a typical engagement run?
Twelve months is a good baseline — enough to get through a full planning cycle and see the strategy land. Shorter engagements work for diagnostic-only scopes; longer ones happen when we become an extended part of the team.
